Located in the most privileged setting overlooking the inner harbor, the L-shaped terrace feels inviting and protected while affording expansive ocean views.  Eighteen custom-made aluminum planters in a lime-green and charcoal color scheme allow to divide the space in several areas, including two sitting areas with fire pits, a kitchen area with containers to grow vegetables, and a cozy hot-tub corner. Lush plantings create both a buffer and a link to the surrounding sky-line. A bespoke sleek trellis is dressed with climbing roses to add a touch of old-world to the contemporary design and to reflect the essence of the iconic heritage building.
